How rooms work
Treeova Community has two kinds of rooms: ticker rooms everyone can join, and creator rooms you build for your own community.
Ticker rooms
- One room per symbol: stocks and ETFs ($SPY, $AAPL, $NVDA), crypto ($BTC, $ETH, $SOL), and forex & metals (EUR-USD, USD-JPY, XAU-USD).
- A 15-minute delayed price in the header, clearly labeled.
- A News panel with recent headlines that link to the original publisher.
- Optional AI summary: a few key points and an overall Bullish, Bearish or Neutral tone. For information only.
- About panel for stocks: company overview, key stats, earnings and analyst views.
- Threads, reactions, @mentions — plus quick games like Chart Rider and Candle Memory.
Creator rooms
- Categories with text, voice and announcement channels you can reorder.
- Roles and permissions, private channels and per-channel overrides.
- Audio voice channels for live sessions and Q&A.
- Your brand: room icon, banner, description, custom emojis and a room-wide announcement.
- Invite links, and optional paid access for private rooms.
- Moderation tools: word filters, slow mode, reports, kick and ban.
Around every room
- Members — see who's in the room and their roles.
- Widgets & Friends — your personal widgets and encrypted DMs follow you from room to room.
Questions
What is a ticker room?
A ticker room is a shared chat for one symbol, like $SPY, $BTC or XAU-USD. It shows a delayed price, recent news and, for stocks, company information.
Can I create my own room?
Yes. Creators can launch a room with categories, text and voice channels, roles, custom emojis and an announcement banner.
Can I charge for my room?
Room owners can offer paid access to a private room. Members are added automatically after they subscribe.
Can I bring my Discord server?
You can optionally import your server's structure — categories, channels and role templates. Members and messages are never imported.
