Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Treeova Community, operated by Treeova Technologies, Inc. They supplement the Treeova Terms & Conditions, which also apply to you. If the two conflict, the Treeova Terms & Conditions control. By using Community you agree to both.

1. Not investment advice

Community is a place for discussion and education. Nothing posted by members, room creators, Treeova staff, AI summaries, news, games or market data is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Prices are delayed and may be inaccurate. Treeova is not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of more than your initial investment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident.
• Keep your login and DM passcode secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you forget your DM passcode, older encrypted DMs cannot be recovered — not even by Treeova.

3. Membership and payments

• The Community membership is billed on treeova.com under its terms, and is included with an active Treeova subscription.
• Paid creative rooms are sold by their creators through Whop. Refunds and billing for those rooms follow Whop's and the creator's terms.

4. Community rules

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or post hateful, sexual, or violent content.
• Spam, run unsolicited promotions, or post pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation.
• Impersonate others, including Treeova staff, or claim to be a licensed adviser when you are not.
• Share someone's private information, or post malware or phishing links.
• Break any law, or try to get around moderation, blocks or bans.

5. Moderation

Room owners, room moderators and Treeova staff may filter, hold, remove content, or remove or ban members. Treeova may suspend accounts that break these terms. See Security & Moderation for how this works.

6. Room creators

• You are responsible for your room, its content, and any paid offers you sell.
• Importing structure from another platform (such as Discord) must comply with that platform's rules; imports include structure only, never members or messages.
• Treeova may remove rooms that break these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Treeova a license to host, display and moderate it to run the service. Do not post content you do not have rights to share.

8. Games and rewards

Games are for entertainment. Points are not money. Any rewards are offered at Treeova's discretion and may change.

9. Third-party services

News, market data, voice, AI summaries and payments rely on third parties. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Community is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Treeova is not liable for losses resulting from your use of the service, member content, or trading decisions.
